Uit ervaring weet ik dat cv-ketels en cv-installaties in Nederland vaak niet door filters worden beschermd. Gebruikers zijn ervan overtuigd dat aangezien ze nu een nieuwe “kachel” hebben, alles ook in orde is.. Helaas is dit niet het geval…. Kraanwater is in de meeste regio’s erg hard water. Het bevat veel calcium en magnesium wat dus aanslaat op uw boiler. De warmtewisselaar, oftewel het hart van onze verwarming in huis heeft een isolerende steenlaag van de hete wisselaar naar het ketelwater. Het probleem van het warmteoverdracht leidt tot verslechtering van de prestaties van de ketel en veroorzaakt hogere rekeningen, oververhitting en vernietiging van de wisselaar. In extreme gevallen kan de ketel het gebouw niet verwarmen en zelfs in noodmodus gaan<\/p>\n

Stukken steen die van de wisselaar zijn afgebrokkelt, circuleren in het systeem, waardoor slib in leidingen en radiatoren ontstaat. De circulerende steendeeltjes wrijven tegen de oppervlakken van buizen en fittingen en veroorzaken bijvoorbeeld schade aan de laag koperoxiden die de corrosiewerende barri\u00e8re vormt. Vuil water kan de oppervlakken van de ellebogen afvegen alsof iemand ze schuurt of wrijft met schuurpapier. Verlies van effici\u00ebntie, risico op falen en kortere levensduur van de installatie zijn allemaal belangrijke kosten en problemen voor de eigenaar van de installatie. Al deze kostbare en storende problemen kunnen worden vermeden. Nodig ons uit voor een gesprek, dan bekijken we met welke problemen uw installatie te maken heeft en hoe we deze kunnen verhelpen. We kunnen ‘de tijd terugdraaien’. Uw installatie herstelt zich zoals toen hij nieuw was en de toegepaste oplossingen op het gebied van waterkwaliteit, chemische bescherming en vervuilingsafscheiding voorkomen dat problemen terugkeren.<\/p>\n
